Bilt Cash Value Calculator
What's your Bilt card actually worth?
Bilt Card 2.0 doesn't directly earn points on rent. Instead, you earn Bilt Cash (4% on non-housing spending) and redeem it for rent points at $30 → 1,000 points, capped at 1 point per $1 of rent.
Rule of thumb: if you spend at least 75% of your rent on the Bilt card each month, you effectively earn 1 point per $1 of rent (same as the old card). Spend more than 75% and the extra Bilt Cash funds bonus credits (Lyft, Grubhub, fitness, hotels). Spend less and you under-fill the rent-points cap.
This calculator shows your year given your actual spend, rent, and how you'd use the credits.

When you activated your Bilt Card, you picked one of two mutually exclusive earning modes. Tell us which you picked so the math here matches reality. If you don't remember,it's almost certainly Bilt Cash. That's Bilt's default for new cardholders.
Annual Bilt Cash from spend
$0/yr
Monthly earning × 12. This is the pool that answers “what is a $1 of Bilt Cash actually worth to me?” Every dollar goes one of three places: a credit below, housing conversion, or (above $100 on Dec 31) forfeited.
Everything you put on the Bilt card except rent/mortgage. Last month's statement minus housing is a fine estimate.
Used only to cap the Bilt Cash → Points conversion. Bilt caps the unlock at 1 point per $1 of that month's rent/mortgage. (You pay your housing payment normally on top of this; this field doesn't charge anything.)
Auto-filled to maximize housing points (lower of your monthly Bilt Cash and the cap). Edit to override. Max at $0/mo housing: $0/mo (= 0pts/mo). Anything above the cap can't be converted.
Converts unused Bilt Cash into rent/mortgage Bilt Points each month at the program cap (1 pt per $1 of housing).
Ways to spend your Bilt Cash
Each row below is a credit, perk, or category Bilt lets you redeem Bilt Cash on. You control two things per row:
- How often you'd actually use it.Some credits (like Lyft, Grubhub) are offered every month; others (like BLADE) are annual. Pick "Skip" if you wouldn't use it at all.
- How much it's worth to you.A $10 Grubhub credit is worth $10 if you'd have spent that money on Grubhub anyway. If it's only nice-to-have (you wouldn't buy without the credit), value it lower (50% / 25%). Skip / 0% means it doesn't count toward your value.
Both default to Skip / 0% so nothing is silently claimed for you. Only what you opt into shows up in your total.
