Bilt Points now transfer to JetBlue at 1:1

Bilt added JetBlue TrueBlue as a 1:1 transfer partner on October 20, 2026, with no launch bonus. We value a TrueBlue point at 1.3 cents in every cabin, about half our default value for a Bilt Point, so the new route fits a JetBlue flight you'd otherwise pay cash for, and you don’t have another use for Bolt points. Our default Bilt value moved up by a hundredth of a cent.

October 2026 Transfer Bonuses, and What Each One Makes a Point Worth

Seven bank transfer bonuses are running in October, from Amex, Chase, Citi and Capital One. For each one we worked out what a point is worth kept, moved normally, and moved with the bonus. Citi to Avianca and Japan Airlines come out furthest ahead; the two hotel bonuses still lose value.

Bilt Rent Day on October 1: Are the Amtrak and Hilton Bonuses Worth It?

Bilt runs two Rent Day transfer bonuses on October 1, to Amtrak and to Hilton. We worked out what each makes a Bilt point worth at every Bilt status. Amtrak at Platinum beats keeping the point. Hilton is mostly about the status.

Bilt Points Now Transfer to Amtrak at 2 to 1, Worth 1.33 Cents Each

On September 23, 2026, Bilt added Amtrak Guest Rewards as a transfer partner at 2 Bilt Points to 1 Amtrak point. Amtrak prices reward travel off the cash fare, so we value Guest Rewards points at 2.66 cents on every train and in every class. At 2 to 1, a transfer returns about half of our default Bilt value. It can still make sense for a trip you'd buy with cash anyway, and Bilt's minimums, the account link and Amtrak's 24-month expiry rule all apply.

Citi Added Japan Airlines as a Transfer Partner. Here Is What It Did to a ThankYou Point.

On September 20, 2026, Citi ThankYou Points started transferring to JAL Mileage Bank at 1:1 on the annual-fee cards, with a 30 percent launch bonus through October 24 and a quieter 25 percent Avianca bonus on the same window. We read it from Citi's own partner table the day it went live. Here is what the new partner is good for, and why our published value of a ThankYou point moved by a hundredth or two of a cent rather than more.

Chase's Aeroplan Refresh: Up to 5X on Air Canada, a $195 Fee, and a Downgrade on Dining and Groceries

Chase's September 10 refresh raises the Aeroplan card's annual fee to $195, adds automatic Aeroplan 25K status, and pushes travel and gas earning rates up. The catch: the 3X dining and grocery rate is now on a clock, stepping down to 2X on January 1, 2027. Here is exactly what changed, who comes out ahead, and how PointBagel tracks a date-based rate change like this one.

Military fee waivers on credit cards come down to one date

If a bank waives your credit card's annual fee for military service, what decides it is the day the account was opened, set against the day you went on active duty. Here is how the two laws work, what we record, and why nobody can look that date up for you later.
